Returns Policy
Ready-Made Orders
- Returns accepted within [7–14 days] of delivery.
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.
- Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Custom Orders
- Since custom pieces are made to your measurements and preferences, they are non-refundable.
- In case of proven defects or major deviation from the approved design, we may offer free adjustments or partial refunds.
Refund Method
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within [7–10 business days] after approval.
